Depending on your body weight, mix 1/2 to 1 scoop of the included spoon with 100-200ml of water. Adjust the amount of water to your preference.

[Recommended Intake]
Based on the 2018 recommendations by the International Society of Sports Nutrition, we recommend a minimum of 0.3g x body weight (kg) of protein per serving after exercise. For a body weight of 80kg, 0.3g x 80 = 24g, which is 1 scoop of Whey 100. For a body weight of 60kg, 0.3g x 60 = 18g, which is 2/3 of a scoop.
