Take the following dose 3 times a day with water or lukewarm water, preferably within 30 minutes after meals.\n\n- 15 years and older: 1 packet per dose (3 times a day)\n- 12 to 14 years: 2/3 packet per dose (3 times a day)\n- Under 12 years: Do not take
