Made with "Koganemochi" from the Uonuma region, one of Japan's best rice-producing areas, and considered one of the most delicious varieties of glutinous rice. A highly prized delicacy crafted with care to bring out the inherent flavor of mochi and a silky-smooth texture.

1. Bake the mochi in a toaster oven until the surface begins to brown (3-4 minutes at 1000W).
2. Turn off the toaster oven without opening the door and leave it for about 2 minutes. The mochi will become fluffy inside.
   Baking times vary depending on the toaster oven model, so please adjust the heating time.
